A simple errand turned into heartbreak when a UPS cargo plane burst into flames over Louisville.
The fiery crash of Flight 2976 killed all three pilots — Capt. Richard Wartenberg, First Officer Lee Truitt, and Capt. Dana Diamond — and left a trail of devastation on the ground. Among the missing is Angela “Angie” Anderson, a 45-year-old mother of two who was just trying to clear out some scrap metal.

Her boyfriend, Donald Henderson, can’t stop replaying his last words. “I told her, ‘Go ahead.’ I was tired… now I wish I’d gone with her,” he said through tears. “She’s all I got.”
Angie’s friend wrote online, “She was at the site at 5:11. The plane hit at 5:12. Please, God, bring her home.” Officials say at least 12 people died, including a child, as investigators recover the black box to learn what caused the inferno.
💔 One minute, life was ordinary — the next, everything changed. It’s a haunting reminder to hold close the people we love, because tomorrow is never promised.
