40 Photos of Ozzy Osbourne’s LA Home, Where He Had a Near-Fatal Fall – And Why The Rocker Didn’t Want to Die in America

Ozzy Osbourne, the legendary Black Sabbath frontman, died on July 22, 2025, surrounded by family. For decades, Los Angeles was his home, and his Hancock Park estate reflected both his rock-and-roll spirit and love of comfort.

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne bought the Mediterranean Revival-style mansion in 2015 for nearly $12 million and later listed it for $18 million. The 11,500-square-foot home features six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a guest apartment, an elevator, and a signature all-red screening room adorned with Hollywood memorabilia.

In 2019, Ozzy suffered a serious fall inside this home while recovering from pneumonia, worsening injuries from a 2003 ATV accident. Despite health struggles, he once shared, “I don’t want to die in America… I’m English. I want to be back.”

The estate boasts a manicured lawn, elegant interiors, a library with dark wood paneling, and a serene outdoor space with a mosaic-tiled pool and garden retreat. This house was the heart of the Osbournes’ family life, filled with memories, music, and quiet moments away from the spotlight.
