Missing minute of Jeffrey Epstein’s death tape has ‘been found’

A missing minute from Jeffrey Epstein’s prison surveillance footage may not be missing after all. The Department of Justice (DOJ) recently released nearly 11 hours of footage from the night of his 2019 death. Viewers noticed a sudden jump in the timestamp from 11:59 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., sparking new questions.

Former Attorney General Pam Bondi explained the gap was due to outdated equipment from 1999 that automatically transitions tapes at midnight. But now, a DOJ insider claims the FBI and DOJ have the raw, unedited version of the missing minute.

The tape matters because many still question Epstein’s official cause of death—suicide. Given Epstein’s ties to powerful individuals, theories suggest he may have been silenced to protect others.

Adding to the intrigue, Ghislaine Maxwell was recently interviewed by the DOJ, though details remain private. Meanwhile, Donald Trump confirmed Epstein recruited young women from Mar-a-Lago, including Virginia Giuffre, who later accused Epstein and died by suicide. Calls for full transparency continue to grow as pressure mounts to release all Epstein-related files.
