Simon Entwistle, 42, won a major divorce appeal after his ex-wife, Jenny Helliwell, was found to have hidden most of her £66 million fortune. The couple, who lived a luxury life in Dubai, married in 2019 and split in 2022.

At first, Entwistle received just £325,000 after legal costs, despite asking for £2.5 million. The judge had rejected his requests for £26,000 a year in meal plans and £36,000 for flights, saying, “You do not have to be a master chef to learn how to eat reasonably well.”

However, new evidence showed Helliwell failed to disclose about 73% of her assets when they signed a prenuptial agreement. This included business gifts from her father and a Wimbledon home. The court ruled the agreement invalid due to fraud.

Lady Justice King said, “Since the husband was deliberately deprived of information… the agreement cannot stand.” A new settlement must now be made, with hopes the couple can avoid another court battle. Entwistle’s net worth is around £850,000.
