Celebrity SAS star needs surgery after ‘ripping’ her vulva in one of the most excruciating injuries seen on the show

Lucy Spraggan, star of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, has revealed she needs surgery after suffering one of the show’s most painful injuries. The 34-year-old singer said she “ripped” her vulva during a stunt involving a tight harness, leaving her bleeding and in agony.

“I ripped my labia – it was bad. That’s not a common injury. I’m having surgery soon to correct it,” she told The Sun. She explained that in the moment, she didn’t realize the severity until she saw “lots of blood” and called for the medic.

Spraggan also endured several other injuries on the Channel 4 series. She nearly lost a tooth, fainted, and suffered a black eye after face-planting into the sea during a helicopter jump. The impact even displaced facial filler, which she later had to dissolve.

Despite the pain, Spraggan stayed committed to the grueling course. “By that point I was just in pain everywhere,” she said. Her ordeal has been called one of the most extreme physical challenges in the show’s history.
