Stephen Dennis, 36, was sentenced to 18 years in prison for killing his wife, 37-year-old Aliccia Grant, in a Home Depot parking lot. Witnesses found Grant bleeding in her car on September 9, 2024. Before she died, she named Dennis as her attacker.

Dennis fled the scene but later called 911 and confessed. Authorities recovered the weapon and arrested him. “This wasn’t just a violent crime—it was an act of betrayal,” said County Attorney Rachel Mitchell. Investigators revealed the couple had recently married but were discussing annulment.

Grant, a respected Arizona makeup artist, was known professionally as Glamazon Makeup. Her creativity earned her global recognition and 17 years of professional success. Loved ones described her as a devoted mother, daughter, and friend. A GoFundMe has raised more than $44,000 to support her two children.

Her family said, “She brought beauty into this world. Now our focus must shift to her children.”
