A Georgia family is facing heartbreak after a tragic ATV accident left 13 children without their parents. Marcus Ragland, 34, and Ashley Hawkins, 31, were killed when their utility vehicle overturned at Indian Mountain ATV Park during Labor Day weekend.
Seven of their children, aged one to twelve, were also injured but survived. Family friend Monica Watkins shared, “They keep asking for momma, and I don’t want to say yet.”
Loved ones described Marcus as adventurous and full of life. His mother said, “I’m still waiting on him to come through the door, but I know he’s not coming.” Relatives remembered Ashley as a sweet soul who was “always smiling.”
Both families have set up fundraisers to care for the children left behind. The loss has shaken the community, with friends vowing to keep the couple’s memory alive.

This tragedy is a painful reminder of life’s fragility and the strength families need to endure unimaginable loss.
