Giorgio Armani, the legendary Italian designer, has died peacefully at age 91, surrounded by family. His passing comes just weeks before a planned 50th anniversary celebration at Milan Fashion Week. The Armani Group announced the news “with infinite sorrow,” marking the end of a fashion era.

Armani dressed global stars like Julia Roberts, George Clooney, and Lady Gaga. Known for timeless style, he once said, “My greatest weakness is that I am in control of everything.” Celebrities around the world shared tributes. Russell Crowe wrote, “So many moments in my life… all in Armani.”

Tributes also came from Donatella Versace, who said, “The world has lost a giant today.” Actress Diane Kruger remembered him as “one of the nicest people and mentors.” Julia Roberts simply called him “A true friend. A Legend.”
