America mourns as Erika Kirk delivers an emotional tribute to her late husband, Charlie Kirk. The 31-year-old activist was fatally shot on September 10 during a university event in Utah. Police confirmed it was a targeted attack.

The FBI quickly identified the suspect, Tyler Robinson, 22, who was arrested the next day. Erika spoke from Turning Point USA’s Phoenix office, standing beside the chair Charlie used for his podcast. “My husband loved America, his children, and he loved me — with all his heart,” she said tearfully.
Erika thanked first responders, government officials, and President Donald Trump for their support. She vowed to continue Charlie’s mission: “If you thought my husband’s work was powerful before, you have no idea what’s coming.”
The couple, married since 2021, shared two young children. Erika ended her speech with hope, promising Charlie’s voice will “ring out louder and more clearly than ever.”
What do you think about Erika’s powerful vow to keep Charlie’s legacy alive?
