Most people hope to age gracefully, but one Michigan man says staying youthful has become his everyday way of life. And at 35, Brandon Miles May often gets mistaken for a teenager — sometimes as young as 15.
Brandon believes his fresh, wrinkle-free look comes down to two simple choices: avoiding alcohol and staying out of the sun. He covers up whenever he’s outdoors, wears daily SPF, and even hides his hands under protective clothing. He says these habits have kept his skin smooth and his face strikingly youthful.

His lifestyle started early. At just 13, Brandon became interested in longevity and nutrition. By his mid-teens, he was drinking green tea, choosing plant-based foods, and cutting back on sugar and grains. Today, he fills his diet with organic produce, berries rich in antioxidants, and low-mercury fish like sardines.
Brandon also believes in gentle movement over intense workouts. He enjoys walking, yoga, and light strength training, explaining that heavy exercise can stress the body. For him, feeling young on the inside helps maintain a youthful appearance on the outside.
Even airport staff question his age, often doing a double-take when they see his ID. Brandon says he’s never had cosmetic work and credits his routine — and mindset — for the results he sees in the mirror.
He still enjoys small treats, including dark chocolate every day, but says his goal isn’t immortality. It’s simply staying healthy for as long as he can. And in his view, a youthful spirit is the best anti-aging secret of all.
