For 26-year-old Kristina Ozturk, her dream has always been a big, joyful family—so big that she already has 22 biological children and hopes to one day have more than 100. It’s a goal that has left many people amazed and curious.

Kristina, originally from Russia and now living in Georgia, welcomed 21 of her babies through surrogates in just a little over a year. She shares her growing family with her husband, Galip, who shares the same dream of a lively, laughter-filled household.
