The 31-year-old influencer has largely stayed out of public view in recent months, making Sunday’s appearance her first reported sighting in about four weeks.

Cooney arrived with her mother and brother after a flight from New York. She carried a festive Mickey Mouse backpack and wore a loose purple sweatshirt, shredded black jeans, and tall boots decorated with silver accents. Although she smiled at times, her noticeably fragile frame reignited ongoing questions about her well-being.

Concern for Cooney’s health has circulated for years. In 2019, she acknowledged that she had sought treatment for an eating disorder after stepping back from social media. She later shared that her recovery included supervised meals, a structured nutrition plan, and extended time in a residential program. Despite this, fans have continued to worry as her appearance has grown increasingly thin.

Local authorities in Connecticut, where Cooney lives, have confirmed that they have received calls from viewers around the world who fear she may be in danger. A longtime police contact has stated, however, that Cooney is mentally aware, communicates openly, and has a private signal she can use if she ever needs help.

Still, as new photos spread on social media, supporters once again urged compassion and hoped she receives whatever care she may need. Cooney has not commented publicly on this latest wave of concern.
