A new interactive map based on data analysis by German researchers indicates that men in Ecuador possess the world’s largest average erect penis size, measuring nearly 7 inches (17.6cm). At the opposite end of the spectrum, Cambodian men reportedly have the smallest average length, clocking in at just under 4 inches (10cm).
Neither the United States nor the United Kingdom managed to crack the top 50 in these global rankings. The U.S. placed 60th with an average size of 5.4 inches (13.5cm), while Britain trailed in 68th place at 5.2 inches (13.1cm). Australia ranked slightly higher, sitting in 43rd place with an average of 5.7 inches (14.46cm).

To compile this data, the research team reviewed over 40 recent studies covering nearly 90 countries. They prioritized independently verified measurements over self-reported figures to ensure accuracy. The methodology included compressing the fat pad above the pubic bone to obtain a true length, which was then averaged for each nation.
In Europe, the Netherlands secured the highest spot at ninth place (6.2 inches), followed by France in 11th and Italy in 19th. While the researchers found no clear correlation between height and penis size, they noted that countries with higher obesity rates often reported smaller measurements, likely due to the distribution of body fat.
