On a Wednesday morning, Good drove home in Minneapolis.
She had dropped off her six-year-old son at school.
Her ex-husband shared the timeline and asked for anonymity.
He said the family moved in 2025 from Kansas City, Missouri.
Then her route crossed Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

Wife’s first words

After the shooting, Good’s wife appeared covered in blood, witnesses said.
She cried:
“They shot her in the head. I have a 6-year-old in school.”
Then she added:
“I made her come down here, [sic] it’s my fault. They just shot my wife.”

Who Good was

Good’s mother, Donna Ganger, confirmed her daughter’s identity.
She said Good was not part of protest groups against ICE.
In 2020, Good won Old Dominion University’s poetry prize.
Her work was titled “On Learning to Dissect Fetal Pigs.”
Her then-husband was Timmy Ray Macklin Jr.
He died in 2023 at age 36.

Meanwhile, KARE 11 said the shooting happened at 34th Street and Portland Avenue.
It was in the Powderhorn Park neighborhood.
DHS said agents ran “targeted operations” and faced interference.
A DHS spokesperson said a woman “weaponized her vehicle” at officers.

TMZ released video on December 3, 2025, from Revere, Massachusetts.
It showed a silver sedan near a condo exit at around 12:30 p.m.
