Internet praises man for 360lb weight loss

Just four years ago, Cole Prochaska weighed more than 585 pounds. The scale could not measure his full weight. He lived a very inactive life and ate around 5,000 calories a day. Walking was difficult, he felt isolated, and everyday life was a struggle.

By 2023, Cole had lost around 360 pounds. He says he now feels like “one person” instead of three. He can move freely, travel, and enjoy life in ways he never could before. His transformation has drawn praise and support from people around the world.

Cole says his journey is not finished. He is dealing with excess skin and hopes to have surgery in the future. Still, his message remains simple and clear: keep walking, stay consistent, and real change is possible.
