The singer, 45, had recently said doctors warned him he may not have long to live, claiming his heart is functioning at only 25 percent after a severe case of pneumonia.
During the show, fans noticed what looked like blood streaming from one of his eyes as he handed out roses to the audience. Videos quickly spread online, with many viewers alarmed by the red liquid seen beneath his sunglasses. Some feared he was seriously unwell, especially given his recent heart issues.

In recent interviews, Ray J said he is taking medication for heart-related problems and may need a pacemaker or defibrillator in the future. At the same time, he has also said he feels better and is recovering.
