Manager Forced Waitress to Serve Leftovers to Foreign Customer, Life Taught Him a Lesson Immediately

A Japanese tourist, Higashi, entered Sizzling Steak, where Louise, a new waitress, greeted him warmly. Higashi ordered steak, but Andy, a senior waiter, forced Louise to serve him cold leftovers, saying, “He’s just a tourist. Doesn’t speak a word of English.” Despite her objections, Louise complied out of fear of losing her job.

When Higashi noticed the poor quality, Andy mocked him with racist remarks, even attempting to steal money from his overcoat. Louise, feeling guilty, returned the stolen money, but Andy falsely accused her of theft, presenting misleading video evidence.

However, Higashi revealed that he understood English all along. He was a journalist, and the cash Andy took was marked. A police officer confirmed this, leading to Andy’s arrest. In gratitude, Higashi offered Louise a potential job, saying, “Thank you for your bravery and honesty…our company needs people like you.”
