Singer and former X-Factor judge Tulisa has come out as demisexual. She rose to fame in the late 2000s as part of N-Dubz, later launching a solo career with hits like Young. She also appeared as a judge on The X-Factor and, more recently, competed in I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.
During her time on the reality show, Tulisa opened up about her sexuality, explaining, “For me, it’s all about the connection and the emotions that I feel with someone and then wanting to express them in that way.” Demisexuality means an individual only experiences sexual attraction after forming a deep emotional bond.
Despite her return to TV, Tulisa has plans to leave showbiz. On Happy Place podcast, she shared, “I’ll be out in two years from now. I’m going into property next year… but I think I’ll always come back for N-Dubz.”
