In 2017, Jaqi Clements created an Instagram account for her 7-year-old twin daughters, Leah and Ava. Their stunning looks quickly attracted attention, turning them into child models for brands like Nike and Disney. “Instagram was something that I hadn’t used much before starting an account for the girls,” Jaqi shared. Today, the twins have nearly 3 million followers and are top child models.

Despite their success, some questioned their early entry into modeling. Jaqi insists it was the twins’ choice, saying, “I didn’t decide that my girls were going to start modeling, they did.” She emphasized their family made financial sacrifices to support their dreams, not profit from them.

In 2019, their father, Kevin, was diagnosed with a rare cancer. The twins used social media to find a bone marrow donor. “If he gets a transplant, his cancer will go away quicker,” Ava said. Though his brother was a match, their efforts added thousands to the donor registry.

Now 14, Leah and Ava balance modeling, school, and advocacy. Their journey from Instagram fame to global recognition highlights not just their beauty but also their resilience and impact.
