Meghan Markle has confirmed a ‘professional separation’ from Prince Harry as they pursue individual careers. The couple, who stepped down as senior royals in 2020, has faced ongoing speculation about their relationship, fueled by solo public appearances.
Prince Harry addressed the rumors at the DealBook Summit, dismissing claims of separation: “Apparently, we’ve bought or moved house maybe 10 or 12 times, and we’ve apparently divorced maybe 10 or 12 times as well. So, it’s just like, ‘what?’ It’s hard to keep up.” He criticized media narratives, emphasizing their inaccuracy and potential harm.

Despite dismissing divorce rumors, Markle acknowledged their professional shift in an interview with People. She recently launched her lifestyle brand, As Ever, a revival of her previous venture, The Tig. Reflecting on her husband’s reaction, she shared: “I see this spark in his eye when he sees me doing the thing that I was doing when he first met me. It’s almost like a honeymoon period again.”
The couple remains committed to their joint efforts with The Archwell Foundation. “We’ve been such a close team for so long… And I love that,” Markle said. However, they are also embracing new solo projects, with Markle launching her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan.
