Tattooed woman who now keeps her nose in a jar reveals what she looked like before transforming her appearance

A woman named Toxii, known for her extreme body modifications, has shared striking transformation photos. Once appearing with blonde hair and minimal tattoos, she is now heavily inked with blacked-out skin, facial tattoos, and a split tongue. She has also undergone forehead implants and nose removal—keeping the latter in a jar.

In an interview with street artist Devon Rodriguez, she explained her motivation: “Because I like to be imperfect and I think that imperfections make you unique.” Discussing pain levels, she admitted, “I think that my nose removal was way worse” than her forehead implants. The healing process for her nose took approximately “eight weeks.”

The transformation sparked mixed reactions. Some expressed shock, with one commenting, “You were so beautiful before. What on Earth made you do this to yourself?” Others speculated supernatural influences, calling it “Satanic rituals.”

Despite criticism, many supported her journey. One user wrote, “Beautiful before and during and after,” while another added, “I think she’s still gorgeous.”
