Growing up in Charleston, West Virginia, Jennifer Garner lived in a strict, modest household. Makeup, hair dye, and even layered cuts were banned. “We couldn’t have layers in our hair, perms, or color,” she recalled. I’m from West Virginia, I like to act,” she recalled introducing herself. Her persistence paid off with small roles, leading to a breakthrough in Felicity and eventually bigger projects.

Even after fame, Garner stayed grounded, often wearing jeans and sneakers instead of glamorous outfits. As a mother of three and a co-founder of Once Upon a Farm, she balanced career and personal life with quiet strength.
