She lamented, “He kept himself alive… not because he should have died, but because of sheer negligence.”

Dr. Tanna recounted distressing incidents during his hospitalization, including denied access to vital blood results and a bedside biopsy without proper consent, leading to a fatal lung complication. Despite emergency treatment, Patel’s condition worsened, and he passed away in October 2021.
