Anna Grace Phelan, a beloved TikTok creator, has died at age 19 after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Known for documenting her journey online, she passed away on May 23, 2025, just months after being diagnosed with a rare, aggressive brain tumor.

Her family announced her passing through a heartfelt TikTok post, praising her deep faith and strength. “Her unshakable belief in God became a comfort to many,” her mother wrote. The tribute included the Bible verse John 3:16 and a soft instrumental track that moved thousands of followers to leave emotional comments.

In her final video, posted May 16, Anna appeared visibly weak but grateful as she showed gifts sent by Tim Tebow. Despite slurred speech and tremors, she thanked him sincerely, reflecting the grace and resilience that defined her presence.
