Authorities have confirmed that three young sisters—Paityn, 9, Evelyn, 8, and Olivia, 5—were suffocated. Their bodies were found in their father’s abandoned vehicle, each with a plastic bag over their head and wrists zip-tied. The grim discovery was made near Rock Island Campground in Chelan County, Washington.
Their father, 32-year-old Travis Decker, is the prime suspect and remains on the run. Wanted for three counts of first-degree murder and kidnapping, Decker is believed to have survival training and may be hiding off-grid. “He could be anywhere in the nation,” said Sheriff Mike Morrison.

Decker’s past includes living out of vehicles and avoiding medication for a diagnosed borderline personality disorder. A $20,000 reward is being offered for tips leading to his arrest.
Police urge Decker to surrender. “You will be brought to justice,” Morrison said. Authorities are asking anyone with information to call 911. Zip ties, plastic bags, and blood evidence were found at the scene—pointing to a carefully planned, horrifying act.
