Jelly Roll Closes the CMT Music Awards with Fiery Performance

Reflecting on last year’s performance of “Need A Favor,” executive producer John Hamlin highlighted its significance in Jelly Roll’s career: “Last year, it was his coming-out party.” This year, Jelly Roll won the Performance of the Year award for that performance.

Closing the ceremony with his autobiographical single “Halfway to Hell,” Jelly Roll added another memorable moment to the night.
