In a candid episode of her podcast Miss Me?, singer Lily Allen revealed, “I can’t remember exactly how many [abortions]… maybe four or five.” She admitted getting pregnant frequently before using an IUD, saying, “I’d get pregnant all the time.”
Her co-host, Miquita Oliver, also shared: “I’ve had about five too! Lily, I’m so happy I can say that… no one came to shoot us down.” Both emphasized the need for open, judgment-free discussions about abortion.

Allen criticized how society often requires women to justify their abortions with extreme reasons. “Just, ‘I don’t want a f***ing baby right now.’ Literally, ‘Don’t want a baby’ is enough reason,” she said, expressing frustration with the ongoing stigma.
As a long-time abortion rights advocate, Allen hopes these frank conversations help normalize the topic. “It actually irritates me,” she said, referring to shame-based narratives. The star shares two daughters with ex-partner Sam Cooper.
