A recent survey conducted by Bespoke Surgical has revealed interesting insights about penis size across the U.S. and how much men exaggerate to potential partners. The study found that the average erect penis size nationwide is 6.41 inches, which is a jump from previous studies.

The survey showed significant differences by state. Delaware had the smallest average at 5.22 inches, while Alabama topped the list with 7.44 inches. Other states with larger averages included Louisiana (7.15 inches), West Virginia (7 inches), and Vermont (6.98 inches).

Louisiana residents were found to exaggerate the most, with an average reported size of 8.07 inches. Delaware men, despite having the smallest actual size, exaggerated by 1.3 inches. In contrast, 26% of men nationwide admitted to exaggerating their size by about 0.98 inches, while 12% understated it.

While many men were honest, with 62% reporting their true size, the survey shows that when it comes to penis size, honesty might not always be the best policy—especially in Louisiana!
