Hogan had struggled with health issues in recent years, undergoing multiple back, hip, and knee surgeries. “I’ve had 10 back surgeries… both knees and both hips replaced, shoulders — everything,” he shared in 2024.
Despite ongoing health battles, Hogan remained active and recently launched the Real American Freestyle wrestling league. His wife, Sky Daily Hogan, had dismissed rumors of him being in a coma just weeks before his death.
