Andrea Ivanova, a 27-year-old influencer from Bulgaria, has spent over $26,000 on lip fillers and facial enhancements in her quest to look like a Bratz doll. She has undergone numerous procedures, including lip enlargements, chin reshaping, jaw sculpting, and cheekbone enhancements over the past seven years.

“I like exaggerated things like huge lips, a face with many fillers, heavy and eccentric make-up. Natural beauty is boring to me, so I decided to change my appearance radically,” Andrea explained. Despite warnings from doctors, she insists on continuing with more procedures.

Andrea admits the process is painful. “I have pain all over my face right now, and my jaw and chin hurt a lot. It’s hard to smile because of the pain in my cheekbones,” she said. Still, she remains determined to maintain what she calls the “world’s biggest lips and cheeks.”

Addressing critics, Andrea added, “You shouldn’t judge people for their looks. It’s their choice, and no one has the right to be offended. This makes me very happy.”
