For years, Dawn Marsh believed she was eating well. At 55, she filled her plate with fruit and vegetables and assumed she was giving her body exactly what it needed. However, her joints ached, her energy faded, and her skin looked dull. She soon discovered that her daily routine of high-sugar fruit was quietly fueling inflammation rather than supporting her health.
This realisation became a turning point. Dawn, who lives in Adelaide and works in travel sales, decided she would not accept declining health as part of growing older. Moreover, she hoped to avoid the knee surgery her doctor had begun to discuss.

After researching her options, she joined The Fast 800 program, a structured plan created by Dr. Michael Mosley and Dr. Clare Bailey Mosley. Within three months, Dawn went from 93kg to 75kg. Her inflammation eased, her energy returned, and her doctor was pleased with her improved bloodwork.
She learned to replace sugary juices and fruit-filled meals with balanced dishes rich in protein, vegetables, and natural yoghurt. She also began planning her meals, which reduced food waste and saved money. Fast food, once an easy fallback on busy days, disappeared from her routine.

Dawn continued her daily yoga but added no extra exercise. Yet the changes were remarkable. Her sleep improved, her mood lifted, and her complexion regained its glow.
Today, she encourages others to make small, steady changes. As she often says, it is never too late to reclaim your health and feel strong again.
