Annie Charlotte, 25, from Surrey, was born with a rare condition called uterus didelphys. This means she has two wombs and two cervixes, and in her case, two vaginas. The condition was discovered during a medical procedure when she was a teenager. Doctors have confirmed that both sides are fully functional.

Annie says the condition affects many parts of her life. She manages symptoms, including separate menstrual cycles, with medical support. Doctors have explained that women with this condition can, in rare cases, become pregnant in both wombs at the same time.

After a long-term relationship ended, Annie began seeing two men. She says she does not view this as cheating, as she keeps the relationships separate. She has stated that the two men do not know about each other, and she carefully avoids overlap in her personal life.

Learning about her diagnosis was difficult at first, especially at a young age. Annie says it took time to accept that her body was different. Over the years, she has become more open and confident, no longer seeing the condition as something negative.

Uterus didelphys is estimated to affect around one in 3,000 women. Many are unaware they have it until later in life. While it can increase certain medical risks, doctors say many women with the condition live healthy, normal lives.

Childcare expert Deanne Carson sparked controversy by suggesting parents ask their babies for permission before changing their nappies. This idea has left people divided.

Some argue that babies cannot communicate consent verbally and delaying a nappy change could be neglectful. One critic questions, “Are you just going to let them walk/lay around in pee and poo?”

Carson defends her stance, emphasizing the importance of consent, even with infants. She suggests asking, “I’m going to change your nappy now, is that OK?” while acknowledging babies can’t verbally respond. Instead, she believes consent can be indicated through body language.

Responding to backlash, Carson defends her approach, highlighting its role in abuse prevention. She urges understanding rather than ridicule, emphasizing the importance of bodily autonomy from infancy.

Dr Warren Hern says he is the only doctor in the United States who openly performs abortions after eight months of pregnancy. Now in his mid-80s, he has done this work for decades. He continues despite protests, threats, and constant public attention.

He says these procedures are never done for convenience. Late-term abortions, he explains, are only performed in rare and serious situations. These include fatal fetal abnormalities or major risks to a woman’s health. Most of his patients, he says, wanted their pregnancies and only seek help after receiving devastating medical news late in pregnancy.

Since the overturning of Roe v. Wade, demand for his services has increased. Women from states with strict abortion bans are traveling long distances to Colorado, where there is no legal time limit on abortion. Dr Hern estimates his clinic now sees about 50 percent more patients than before.

National data show these cases are very rare. More than 94 percent of abortions in the U.S. happen in the first trimester. Fewer than one percent take place after 21 weeks. Dr Hern says late-term cases are medically complex and emotionally painful for everyone involved.

Abortion remains one of the most divisive issues in the country. Dr Hern says his decisions are based on medicine, not politics. He believes forcing women to continue dangerous or non-viable pregnancies causes needless suffering, and he says he will continue providing care for as long as he can.

A Canadian model known as Coco Bae has attracted global attention after sharing her unusual personal mission. She hopes to be intimate with men from as many countries as possible and has now offered her candid views on how different nationalities compare.

Coco first discussed this quest on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, where she described it as “collecting flags.” The idea began years ago while she was backpacking through Central America.
