The 45-year-old singer shared the photo on Instagram, captioning it, “Soaking up some Vegas heat before today’s rehearsals,” but fans quickly focused on his weight loss. One follower asked, “Nick… Are you okay??” while another said, “Lost tons of weight, Nick.”

Carter has been open about his fitness journey over the years. At one point, he weighed 240 pounds but has worked hard to stay healthy through dance, sports, and gym sessions. In 2022, he proudly announced losing 20 pounds, although he said he still wasn’t at his goal.

His health focus grew stronger after overcoming substance abuse and a heart condition in 2009, which led him to lose 65 pounds. Offstage, Carter is a dad to three young kids with his wife, Lauren Kitt Carter.
