Recently released documents linked to Jeffrey Epstein include allegations about Bill Gates. In personal notes and emails, Epstein claimed that Gates contracted a sexually transmitted disease and requested antibiotics to secretly give to his then-wife, Melinda. Other claims in the documents relate to Gates’ private life.
The documents are part of a large release connected to Epstein, who died in prison in 2019. Being mentioned in these files does not prove wrongdoing. The allegations appear in Epstein’s own writings and have not been supported by independent evidence.

A spokesperson for Gates has strongly denied all claims, calling them completely false and absurd. According to the statement, the documents only show Epstein’s frustration and his attempts to harm Gates’ reputation after failing to maintain a relationship with him.
Gates has previously acknowledged meeting Epstein several times and has since said it was a serious mistake. He has explained that he believed the contact might support global health philanthropy, but later realized it did not and publicly expressed regret.

References to Gates have appeared in earlier Epstein file releases, including photographs, but none indicate illegal behavior. At present, the claims remain unproven, and Gates’ representatives continue to deny them in full.
