These exercises involve gently squeezing pelvic floor muscles without tightening other parts of the body.

Kyle Clinkscales, a 22-year-old Auburn University student, vanished on January 27, 1976, after leaving his job at a bar in LaGrange, Georgia, driving his Ford Pinto towards campus. For nearly 47 years, his disappearance remained a haunting mystery. Despite extensive searches, including lakes, authorities found no trace of him, leaving his family in anguish.

Recently, a breakthrough came when a passerby spotted a white Ford Pinto in an Alabama creek. Inside, authorities found human remains along with Kyle’s wallet, ID, and credit cards. DNA analysis confirmed the bones belonged to Kyle Clinkscales, as announced by the Troup County Sheriff’s Office in February 2023.

His friend, Lauren Griffen, remembers Kyle fondly: “His personality was just charming. He was a sweet guy… very kind to everyone.” Sadly, Kyle’s parents passed away in 2009 without ever knowing their son’s fate.

The discovery finally provides closure for those who knew Kyle, although the cause of his death remains officially undetermined.

Dwyane Wade’s 15-year-old transgender daughter, Zaya Wade, has legally changed her name and gender. The retired NBA star, who shares Zaya with ex-wife Soihvaughn Funches, received court approval for the change in Los Angeles County last year.

Zaya, now known as Zaya Malachi Airamis Wade, came out as transgender when she was 12 years old. Swedish DJ Avicii, born Tim Bergling, tragically ended his life on April 20, 2018, in Muscat, Oman, at 28. His last diary entries, detailing his mental health struggles and substance abuse, will be published in Måns Mosesson’s book, “Tim – The Official Biography of Avicii,” releasing January 18.

The diary entries recount Avicii’s rehabilitation for drug and alcohol abuse. He wrote, “I had a hard time accepting never drinking again though strongly suggested from all doctors to wait at least a year before even having a beer.” He admitted ignoring most doctors and continuing his intense touring schedule. Reflecting on his hospital stays, he noted, “Those days in hospital were the most anxiety and stress-free days I can remember.”

In 2015, after an intervention, Avicii entered the Ibiza Calm rehab center. He described his pain simplistically: “Ouch, pain. Why me pain now? Uncomfortable feeling. Future Tim deal with pain better than present Tim.” He also adopted meditation techniques from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, meditating for hours, far beyond the recommended 20 minutes daily.

Before his death, an acquaintance in Oman grew concerned as Avicii wasn’t eating or speaking, alerting his father. Avicii’s final journal entry poignantly read, “The shedding of the soul is the last attachment, before it restarts!”
