Bruce Springsteen and his wife, Patti Scialfa, were seen enjoying lunch with music legend Sting on Italy’s Amalfi Coast. Despite battling cancer, Patti appeared in good spirits as the group gathered in Salerno for a relaxed afternoon.
Photos showed Sting greeting Patti with a friendly kiss on the cheek. Also at the lunch were director Steven Spielberg and his wife, Kate Capshaw. Springsteen, 75, looked cheerful beside Patti, 72, who has been open about her six-year fight with multiple myeloma, a rare blood cancer.

Patti first spoke about her illness in the 2024 documentary Road Diary: Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. The couple, married since 1993, share three grown children and recently celebrated their anniversary with a heartfelt Instagram post.
“She was smiling, laughing — it was beautiful to see,” a fan commented online after seeing the lunch photos. The gathering reminded many of the strong bond between the stars, especially Springsteen and Sting, who have remained close friends for decades.
