The music world is mourning the loss of Channing Nicole Larry, the Texas-born rapper and singer known to fans as Enchanting, who has died at just 26 years old.

Enchanting gained attention for her smooth blend of hip-hop, R&B, and trap, quickly building a loyal online following. Her early releases, shared independently on social media, helped her stand out in a crowded industry. Songs like “Want Sum” and “Freaky Deaky” showcased her melodic style and growing confidence as an artist.

Her talent eventually caught the eye of rapper Gucci Mane, who signed her to his label, 1017 Records. The partnership brought national exposure, including an appearance on the 2020 mixtape “So Icy Summer.” Her music continued to gain traction, earning millions of views on YouTube and more than half a million monthly listeners on Spotify.

News of her passing sparked an emotional wave of condolences across social media. Fans remembered her energy, warmth, and potential, writing messages like, “Your legacy will live forever,” and “You were just getting started.”
