Dolph Lundgren, 67, credits a simple yet effective secret for his strong marriage to 29-year-old Emma Krokdal. The Swedish actor, known for Rocky IV and The Expendables, married Emma in 2023. Despite their 38-year age gap, Lundgren believes a small gesture plays a big role in their relationship.
“I have this new thing, I have to give her a hug, a nice big hug, 10 times a day,” Lundgren told Fox News. He says these regular hugs help to ease disagreements and keep their bond strong. “It sounds simple and a little goofy, but doing that neutralizes a lot of misunderstandings,” he added.
Lundgren’s advice? “When you have disagreements, somebody wants to be right, but the other person also wants to be right. You have to make your partner feel good, even when you both have disagreements.”
