Phil Robertson, beloved star of Duck Dynasty and founder of Duck Commander, has passed away at age 78. His family confirmed his death on May 25, 2025, through heartfelt tributes on social media, celebrating his deep faith and lasting impact.
His son Jase shared, “He’s gone to be with the Lord,” expressing peace in knowing they’ll meet again. Granddaughter Sadie Robertson Huff remembered his last words: “Full strength ahead!” She praised his testimony as life-changing. Grandson Will added, “I’m thankful to know he’s sitting in his recliner talking to Jesus.”

In late 2024, the family revealed Phil had been diagnosed with a blood disease and early-stage Alzheimer’s. His condition worsened in early 2025, and he received professional care. Phil’s wife, Kay, also faced serious health issues but has since stabilized.
Despite these hardships, the Robertsons are preparing for Duck Dynasty: The Revival, set to premiere summer 2025. The new series will follow Willie, Korie, and the next generation, continuing Phil’s legacy of faith, family, and southern tradition.
