Bella Thorne Accuses Mickey Rourke of On-Set Misconduct
Bella Thorne has accused actor Mickey Rourke of inappropriate behavior while filming Girl in 2020. Her claims come after Rourke received backlash for homophobic comments made to JoJo Siwa on Celebrity Big Brother UK, for which he was formally warned and later apologized.
Allegations from Thorne
On Instagram, Thorne wrote: “This f**king dude. GROSS. I had to work with this man… He’s supposed to take a metal grinder to my kneecap, and instead he used it on my genitals thru my jeans. Hitting them over and over again.” She said the incident left her with bruises and called it “one of the all-time worst experiences of my life working as an actress.”

More Claims and Mistreatment
Thorne added on X: “I had to go in his trailer absolutely alone… I had to beg. Alone. In his trailer.” She also said he humiliated her in front of the crew and “should’ve never put anybody in that movie in any of those positions.”
Response from Rourke’s Team
Rourke’s representative told Variety: “Mr. Rourke adamantly denies any intentional misconduct… He remains willing to cooperate with any appropriate inquiry.”
