Donald Trump is once again at the center of public discussion about presidential health. While Trump has repeatedly said he feels strong and capable, a health professional has raised concerns after reviewing the president’s recent public appearances.
A licensed physical therapist with more than a decade of experience shared his views in an online interview. He said that certain movements, speech patterns, and moments of confusion seen in public could suggest neurological problems. His comments have drawn attention because they include a specific — and controversial — estimate about life expectancy.

According to the therapist, Trump may be showing signs consistent with a serious neurological condition, such as frontotemporal dementia. This illness can affect behavior, speech, and decision-making. The expert stressed that this was not a medical diagnosis, but an opinion based only on observation of public behavior.
He pointed to issues such as changes in walking, balance problems, slurred or repetitive speech, and occasional confusion about basic facts. He also suggested that reduced impulse control could be another warning sign.
Based on his professional experience, the therapist speculated that if such a condition were present and progressing quickly, life expectancy could be limited to a few years. However, no official diagnosis has been made, and Trump’s medical team has not confirmed any serious illness.
The claims have fueled debate, highlighting the challenges of judging a leader’s health from public appearances alone and the importance of verified medical information.
