Five-time Venezuelan Olympic cyclist Daniela Larreal Chirinos was found dead at her Las Vegas home on August 16, 2024. The 50-year-old athlete, reported missing earlier in the week, died from asphyxiation caused by food lodged in her trachea. Authorities believe she passed away on August 11.
