A public figure known as Tiamat Legion Medusa has revealed striking photographs from a time before undergoing an extraordinary physical transformation. Today, Medusa presents themself as a “genderless reptile,” a personal identity they express through extensive tattoos, facial alterations, and surgically implanted horns.

Medusa, who once worked in high-level banking in Texas, says the decision to leave corporate life followed a vivid dream involving snakes in the 1980s. They interpreted the experience as a sign to pursue a non-human, dragon-like identity. Moreover, Medusa has spoken openly about the sense of freedom this change has brought, even though they occasionally miss aspects of their former career.
Their transformation has been both ambitious and costly. It includes a split tongue, full facial tattooing, and horn implants—procedures that have already exceeded $80,000. Yet Medusa says their journey continues. They hope to add more horn structures and dental implants and ultimately remove all features that reflect gender, aiming to live fully as a “genderless dragon.”

This path has not been without personal cost. Medusa shares that their adult son distanced himself years ago, a loss they feel deeply. Still, they hope he follows their story from afar and understands the message behind their visibility: the importance of living honestly, despite adversity.
Diagnosed with HIV in 1997 and having endured significant hardship, Medusa says these alterations symbolize shedding emotional and physical burdens. While they dream of finding a partner someday—human or reptilian—they remain focused on embracing the identity that brings them peace.
