Nicole Kidman, 58, wore a flowing lemon-coloured gown and open-toed shoes. She also showed off a soft perm that nodded to her 1980s look. She attended with friends Jessica Rowe and Peter Overton.

Reports also focus on Keith Urban after the separation. A source told Woman’s Day: “He’s got to pay the bills – and divorce lawyers don’t come cheap.” The same source added: “It’s a lonely existence for Keith right now – he’s exhausted, isolated and looking at a future he never imagined.”

People also reported Nicole Kidman feared the split becoming public. A source said: “She’s been stressed because she knew the separation would eventually become public and she was dreading it.” The source added: “But she’s surprisingly level-headed and calm.
