Some people dream of small changes, but others chase a look that feels bold and exciting. For 25-year-old Andrea Ivanova from Bulgaria, her dream has always been bigger lips and striking features. She began her transformation in 2018 and has never looked back.

Andrea started by adding filler to her lips, jaw, and chin as she tried to create a Bratz-doll look she had always admired. Over the years, her lips have grown so large that she now proudly calls them the “world’s biggest lips.” Recently, she even added cheek fillers to shape her face even more.
