I Met My Ex-fiancé Who Dumped Me Because I ‘Wasn’t Good Enough’ – He Was on a Date & My Revenge Was Hard

I’m Nikki, and this is how I got my sweet revenge on my ex-fiancé, Mark. Five years ago, Mark broke up with me, saying I “wasn’t good enough” for his new image after a big promotion. It crushed me, but I eventually moved on. Fast forward to last Saturday, I spotted Mark on a date at a fancy restaurant.

I couldn’t resist getting back at him. First, I sent over a bottle of champagne with a note that read, “To Mark, who always settles for second best.” His face turned bright red as his date looked puzzled. Then, I sent an appetizer he’s allergic to, with another note: “Just a reminder of what you can’t have.” The tension at his table was palpable.

For the final touch, I had a friend come in and loudly mention Mark’s supposed open relationship. His date was horrified and stormed out, leaving Mark stunned. I walked over and said, “Guess I wasn’t so ‘not good enough’ after all, huh?”

Revenge was indeed sweet, and I felt lighter than I had in years.
