Identical twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque from Australia share everything including their fiancé

Identical twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque say they have built their lives around being as alike as possible — including sharing the same fiancé.

The 35-year-old sisters, from Perth, appeared on Extreme Sisters and described themselves as “the most identical twins in the world.” They said they spend nearly every moment together, often sleeping and showering side by side. They also weigh their food to keep portions equal, take bites at the same time, and dress in matching outfits. The pair have even had the same plastic surgery to reduce differences.

Their most unusual decision, they said, is dating the same man. Anna and Lucy have been with their fiancé, Ben, for 11 years. They explained that Ben first contacted them separately, and they chose to date him together because previous relationships had created tension between them.

The twins insist there is no jealousy. Lucy said if Ben kisses Anna, he will kiss her right after. They also said intimacy follows the same rule, with Ben expected to treat both of them equally.

Now, the sisters say they want to become pregnant at the same time. They previously discussed this plan on ITV’s This Morning in February, telling hosts Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield they would like to carry Ben’s child together, if possible.

Ben said their biggest obstacle is Australia’s marriage laws, which do not allow one person to marry two people. Despite that, the trio say they are happy with their arrangement and want to keep living as one unit.
