Jesy Nelson has shared the emotional and challenging experience of welcoming her twin daughters prematurely. The former Little Mix star, 33, gave birth on May 15, nearly two months early, after her babies were diagnosed in the womb with Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS), a rare and dangerous condition.
Jesy underwent surgery in April, and while the TTTS cleared up, her pregnancy remained high-risk. She and partner Zion Foster welcomed Ocean Jade and Story Monroe at just 31 weeks and 5 days. “We are so blessed they are here with us, healthy and fighting strong,” Jesy wrote.

Taking to Instagram on May 25, she reflected on the reality of NICU life, calling it “the most scary overwhelming feeling.” She described the heartbreak of not being able to comfort her daughters due to wires, tubes, and constant medical care.
Jesy shared the joy of finally seeing her girls reunited, calling it “the most magical feeling.” Fans and fellow parents flooded her post with messages of love, support, and shared strength.
