Lady Gaga is being sued by Jennifer McBride, an accomplice in the theft of her two dogs in February 2021. McBride, who returned the dogs, claims Gaga never paid the $500,000 reward promised. The lawsuit argues that Gaga’s “no questions asked” offer was meant to deceive the public .
McBride, along with four others, was involved in the crime. Her boyfriend’s son, Jaylin White, participated in the robbery and shooting of Gaga’s dog walker, Ryan Fischer . Jackson, the shooter, was sentenced to 21 years in prison for attempted murder .
Fischer, critically injured in the attack, faced extensive physical and emotional trauma. He forgave the shooter but spoke of the lasting impact on his life .
Gaga’s representatives have not commented on the lawsuit .
