Liam Neeson revealed that the intimacy coordinator on his new movie with Pamela Anderson had a surprising reaction to their “too hot” scenes. The pair star in the upcoming comedy The Naked Gun, which hits theaters on August 1. Neeson plays Lt. Frank Drebin Jr., following in his father’s footsteps to lead Police Squad and save the world.

Speaking to PEOPLE, Neeson admitted he is “madly in love” after working with Anderson. She praised him as “the perfect gentleman,” saying, “He brings out the best in you… with respect, kindness and depth of experience.” Their strong chemistry even made the intimacy coordinator step out during filming. “She told us, ‘I can’t take this! This is too hot for me. I’m going for coffee,’” Neeson joked.
Pamela Anderson, who plays femme fatale Beth Davenport, said she formed a lasting friendship with Neeson. “Our chemistry was clear from the start. We have the utmost respect for one another,” she told Entertainment Weekly. Fans are eagerly waiting for the movie’s release, with Anderson adding, “We could all use a good giggle.”
